1. Full payment upfront. All payment must be completed through PayPal OR Ko-fi.
2. One free touch up after final commission was sent (within reason).
3. Refunds are available until the commission has reached the sketch stage or under very specific conditions.
4. I have the right to reject any request if I feel it violates any rules or otherwise.
5. Finished files as well as any additonal files will be shared through a cloud service in order to achieve the best quality (currently Dropbox).
